Yesterday I made this sleepy puppy for a cute little girl who is turning two.
I've lacked the concentration to knit this past week and this little fellow was just the right thing for me. It gave me a bit of instant gratification and reminded me of the pleasure knitting gives me.
You might have noticed that the light in the photo is slightly pink. This is because of the smoke haze from the bushfires. On Friday night when we drove home we saw the moon rise - it was blood red. Such an eerie sight.

What a cute little fellow.
I pray that you will continue to be safe from the fires.
Hugs,

I am glad that you have had some knitting to do to take your mind off the fires. Yes the sun does look eerie like that doesnt it. I hope you stay safe and that all the fires are put out soon.
He is so sweet. Bushfires! I hope you are OK.
The moon freaked me out too. I've never seen anything like it before and I hope I never do again.
